Carburising is a case hardening process that introduces carbon into a solid ferrous alloy. This is accomplished by heating the metal in a carbonaceous atmosphere above transformation temperature for a pre-determined time.

• Pit type gas carburising furnaces.
• Two Furnaces 700/500 kgs per charge.
• Electrical heating.
• Special refractory used for uniform Heating and socking.
• Special automatic atmosphere and temperature controls and graphical representation of furnace temperature verses time through computer.
